    • 60-minute comprehensive visits for $199

    • Personalized nutrition guidance

    • Healthy habit and lifestyle coaching

    • Medication prescribed only if appropriate

    • Family-centered, age-appropriate care for long-term success

Sports, School, and Camp Physicals – Available to All Families in Louisville, KY

  • At Little Hearts Pediatrics, we understand that busy families sometimes need quick, convenient physicals for school, sports teams, or summer camps.

  • We offer comprehensive physical exams for non-members for $120, ensuring your child meets all requirements while receiving thorough, pediatrician-led care.

  • These physicals include:

    • Complete health evaluation by a board certified pediatrician

    • Review of medical history, medications, and immunizations

    • Guidance on injury prevention, nutrition, and overall wellness

    • Clearance forms completed for school, sports, or camp

  • No membership required – just schedule your appointment and get your child ready for school or sports with confidence.
